Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIHousePro web and mobile application(s), related websites, and services (collectively, the "App" or "Platform") operated by GT Holdings & Construction ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1 Who These Terms Cover
These Terms apply to:
- Customers/Homeowners using the App to request and manage home services ("Customers"), and
- Business Users such as employees, contractors, technicians, and admins using the admin portal or internal tools ("Business Users").
If you are using the App on behalf of a business or another person, you represent you have authority to bind them, and "you" includes that entity.
2 Definitions
- "Service Request" — A request for repairs, maintenance, inspection, or related services submitted through the App.
- "Appointment" — A scheduled visit related to a Service Request.
- "Estimate" — A price quote (often line-item) for proposed work that may require your approval in the App.
- "Invoice" — A billing document issued after work is performed or as otherwise agreed.
- "Work" — The repair, maintenance, inspection, or other services performed in connection with a Service Request.
- "Content" — Text, photos, documents, messages, and other material submitted or generated through the App.
3 Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
3.2 Account Creation; Invitations
Account creation may be invitation-based. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
3.4 Separate Portals
The Platform may provide separate interfaces and permissions for Customers and Business Users. Access is subject to role-based controls.
4 What the Platform Does (and Doesn't Do)
4.1 Platform Functionality
The App may allow you to:
- submit and track Service Requests;
- upload photos/documents;
- view, approve, decline, or request changes to Appointments and Estimates;
- view Invoices and make payments;
- message within service-related threads;
- manage notification preferences (including SMS, if enabled);
- schedule or receive inspection/"property health" information and maintenance recommendations.
4.2 No Guarantee of Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that all features will always be available.
5 Service Requests, Appointments, and Customer Approvals
5.1 Submitting Requests
When you submit a Service Request, you agree that:
- information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have authority to request Work at the property identified; and
- you will provide reasonable access to the property as needed.
5.2 Appointment Proposals, Approval, and Rescheduling
Appointments may be proposed through the App and may require your approval. If you reject or request a reschedule, timing and availability may change.
5.3 Estimates; Approval to Proceed
If an Estimate is presented in the App, you may be required to approve it before Work begins. Approval may authorize us (or the service provider) to perform the described Work and bill accordingly.
5.4 Changes and Additional Work ("Change Orders")
If conditions require changes (e.g., concealed damage), we may provide a revised Estimate or change order through the App or other written means. Additional Work may require additional approval.
5.5 Cancellations and No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule subject to any cancellation terms disclosed in the App, in a Service Request, or in an Estimate/Invoice. We may charge fees for late cancellations or no-shows where permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
6 Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions
6.1 Invoices and Payment Timing
Invoices are payable according to the terms shown on the Invoice or as otherwise stated in the App. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless prohibited by law.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method for approved amounts. We typically do not store full payment card details (processors may).
6.3 Disputes
If you believe an Invoice is incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt and provide supporting details. We may suspend collection on the disputed portion while investigating.
6.4 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest or fees to the extent permitted by law and disclosed on the Invoice or in the App.
6.5 Maintenance Plans / Memberships (If Offered)
If the App offers subscription tiers, maintenance plans, or memberships:
- plan benefits, pricing, and billing cadence will be described in the App or plan materials;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal;
- cancellation and refund terms will be shown at sign-up or in the App.
7 Communications and SMS/Text Messaging
7.1 Electronic Communications
By using the App, you consent to receive communications electronically (e.g., email, in-app notifications) about your account, Service Requests, Appointments, Estimates, Invoices, and payments.
7.2 SMS/Text Messages (Opt-In)
If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive texts such as appointment reminders, status updates, and billing notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
7.3 Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS at any time by:
- using the App's notification settings (if available), and/or
- replying STOP to a text message (if supported), and/or
- contacting us at [email protected].
Opting out of marketing texts will not necessarily stop purely transactional messages where legally permitted, but we will honor opt-out requirements as required by law.
8 User Content and Conduct
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of Content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Platform and to provide services (e.g., sharing photos with technicians assigned to your request).
8.2 Content Rules
You agree not to upload or send Content that:
- is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene;
- contains viruses or malicious code;
- infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or
- includes sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share.
8.3 Acceptable Use
You will not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the App (including scraping, probing, or reverse engineering to the extent prohibited by law);
- use the App for illegal activities; or
- use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications.
9 AI-Assisted Features (If Enabled)
The Platform may include AI-assisted features (for example: turning natural-language descriptions into structured requests, generating recommendations, or suggesting actions).
- Informational Only: AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for informational/operational assistance only.
- Human Review: Certain AI-generated actions may require human approval before execution.
- Your Responsibility: You remain responsible for verifying key details (scope, timing, pricing, access instructions) before approving an Estimate, Appointment, or other action.
10 Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, mapping, email/SMS providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11 Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding your Content), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
12 Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
13 Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free,
- files or messages will always be delivered, or
- outcomes of any Work will meet expectations beyond what is stated in an approved Estimate/contract.
14 Limitation of Liability
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
15 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- your misuse of the Platform,
- your violation of these Terms, or
- your Content.
16 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the Platform unlawfully.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Some obligations (e.g., payment obligations, indemnification, limitation of liability) survive termination.
17 Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
17.2 Venue
Unless arbitration is required below, disputes will be brought in the courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
17.3 Arbitration (Optional)
For certain disputes, we may elect to resolve claims through binding arbitration rather than in court. Details of any arbitration provision will be provided separately if applicable.
18 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App, by email, or as otherwise required by law. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

20 Additional Terms for Business Users
If you are a Business User (admin/technician/contractor):
- You may only use the Platform for authorized business purposes.
- You must protect Customer information and follow confidentiality obligations set by the Company and applicable law.
- You must not export, disclose, or misuse Customer data.
- Your access may be revoked at any time by the Company administrator.
